Crock’s Thoughts

Well, unless you count a stale tuna sandwich from a vending machine—which, for an aviator, is practically a delicacy—I’m not much of a cook.

That said, I do make one mean grilled cheese. I mean, this thing is awesome as a possum, and possums are pretty awesome! Well, not really, but I can’t think of anything to rhyme with awesome—so, I’m going with possum.

Anyway, enough about possums… lol! Just give me some good old sourdough bread and quality cheese—preferably Colby Jack or Baby Swiss. Butter that bread up like calories don’t count, toss it on a skillet, and let the magic happen.

Ooh… it’s a masterpiece of total, undeniable, yummy for my tummy-happy yumminess! 😋
