I write about aviation, history, pizza, poetry, and anything else that sounds cool in a bar conversation. Some say I have ADHD because I bounce between FAA regs and history trivia like a caffeinated squirrel on a layover. I disagree, of course!

Ooh… look at the pretty airplane!!

Anyway… umm… what was I talking about? Oh, right… stories!

I’m a firm believer that everything tells a story, whether it’s a vintage wing in a hangar or the way the morning light hits a 100-year-old barn. This blog is where my 30 years of aviation experience meets my amateur photographer’s eye.

When I’m not translating complicated airplane manuals into something resembling human language, I’m usually out chasing visual stories with a camera or digging into local history. Think of this blog as my digital logbook: a collection of stories, photography, aviation, history, and the occasional pizza-fueled epiphany.

Sooo… pull up a stool, grab a drink, and let’s see where the flight plan takes us today!
